Our private villa is located in the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Development, just a 5-minute walk from the 18th hole.
After a day of golf or beach activities, unwind in our large jacuzzi while the kids challenge each other to a game of pool or table tennis.
Please note that we are located in a residential area, so we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm - we don't want to wake up the neighbours!

Welcome to Villa Mimosa, your luxury holiday rental. Our villa offers a home from home, comfortable stay for your holiday. With a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with a dining area overlooking the outside terrace and main pool, you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.
Our villa features four bedrooms, with air con and ceiling fans, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite facilities. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms have 2 single beds.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful.Everything fully matched the description.The pool was warm, and the jacuzzi was amazing, perfect for spending time there in January without feeling cold. Everyone was happy, both adults and children.Tracy provided all the necessary instructions, and we were met on-site by the property manager, who showed us everything and explained all the details.The villa itself is not brand new, but it is well maintained and has everything you need. The location is very convenient for exploring the island.One small note: I would recommend updating the billiard equipment a bit. No issues with table tennis though: new rackets, balls, and a great table.We can confidently recommend this villa for rent.Thank you f or hospitality!

Lovely clean & spacious villa in a nice residential area. The pool was clean & heated & a lovely hot tub for when it's too chilly to use the pool, lots of activities within the villa to keep you occupied if weather not too good, (we went in Jan & weather was a bit cloudy & cool) we walked into the centre most days its about 30min walk downhill & then we taxied back for 4 euros, lots of nice bars & restaurants in the town, we would definitely recommend villa mimosa as a holiday villa

We had a great stay. The owner is very responsive, which is great!The location is also great, with walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants (20 min. walk). The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The downside of the pool is that it’s not so big that you can do lane swimming, but that is offset by the water temperature easilly staying high, as smaller pools in terms of length and depth stay warmer. Water temperature was a big plus. The walls of the premise also do a great job blocking wind. Jacuzzi is also a big plus.One thing to be aware of is that the water capacity for showering is limited due to boiler capacity.All in all a very nice and convenient house with very nice pool facilities.

Our first stay in Fuerteventura and Tracy’s place was a great place to base our selves being central to the north and south of the island. We had hired a car which was great to get to and from villa. The villa had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were great to relax and cool off in. Great views of arriving planes as they descend into airport. We had a great time here and very likely we could stay again.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Mimosa. We found the place immaculate throughout, hugely well equipped with everything you need and having travelled with two teenagers, the additions of a pool table, table tennis, various games and DVDs were much appreciated.Location-wise, it was around a 15/20 minute walk to a large shopping centre with a supermarket holding everything you need. There are also a couple of nice little restaurants in the same vicinity. To get to the main area of Caleta De Fuste was a further 20/25 minute walk, but a nice one along the beach and a taxi to and from the villa to this area was only around 4 euros. Communication throughout the booking was perfect, both from the property owners and the management company. So a big thank you to you all for such a great stay!

This villa is great for a family break. we went for my parents ruby wedding anniversary (aged 3 -63). Tracey was very accomadating for our needs & answered all queries promtly. The villa its self was clean, tidy and homely with everything you need for a break; it was especially useful not needing to take beach towels as this saved room in the luggage.
The pool was great for cooling off & the added benefit of the hot tub was an added luxery. The kids loved the pool table and tenis table.
The Villa is about a 15 - 20 min walk from local amenities & a taxi is 3 - 4.5 euros into the main town which is very reasonable.
We did have 1 complaint from the neighbours about noise when the kids were playing in the pool at 7 & i let Tony (the manager) know immediately and he was very reassuring. Needless to say we didnt let this affect our holiday & everyone had a great time.
overall Traceys Villa is a home from home. Tracey and her property Manager Tony do wondrful Job Thank You for having us!

The villa was well maintained by Tony the property maintenance engineer. It was comfortable and well presented. Our arrival flight times had been changed by the airline and Tracy accommodated us with an early check in. All amenities were available at the villa allowing us to have a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. We had a 4 Yr old and a 6 Yr old with us and the pool was safe and accessible for both with supervision. A great villa and a great holiday, thanks Tracy.

We had the best week at Tracy’s villa. It was exactly as described, it was spotless and had everything we needed for a mixture of ages. The pool was great & a good size. First of all, thanks to Tracey and her team. We booked at very short notice and it worked out great. Thank you again for this. The villa is designed for 8 people and there were two of us. Everything was great. The villa is located in a residential area but the only thing you heard was the wind chime from the neighbouring villa. So everything was very quiet, even the landing planes did not disturb us.
