Our private villa is located in the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Development, just a 5-minute walk from the 18th hole.
After a day of golf or beach activities, unwind in our large jacuzzi while the kids challenge each other to a game of pool or table tennis.
Please note that we are located in a residential area, so we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm - we don't want to wake up the neighbours!

Welcome to Villa Mimosa, your luxury holiday rental. Our villa offers a home from home, comfortable stay for your holiday. With a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with a dining area overlooking the outside terrace and main pool, you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.
Our villa features four bedrooms, with air con and ceiling fans, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite facilities. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms have 2 single beds.

What a fantastic place! We will certainly be coming back!
Beautifully located only 12 mins from the airport, we decided to drive. It was really easy to find - the keys and access instructions were easy to follow.
We arrived late and nipped to the Spar just down the road to pick up some snacks and a bottle of wine. The kids (and we) loved the amenities, with a hot tub, table tennis and pool to keep us occupied beyond the fabulous pool we couldn't fault it!
This place has put us off hotels for good! With a basket of free body boards and inflatables, we didn't need to bring our own. We sat out on the rooftop terrace regularly and watched the sun go down. The kids downloaded a star-gazing app and we found saturn, venus and a shooting star.
Tracy was super organised and sent incredibly helpful details beforehand. This made the experience all the more special and easy to get excited about.
Will definitely be coming again next year! Thank you!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Tracy's. The villa is spacious for our party size, plenty of seats for everyone to sit around the table. it was great having the stair gate on up to the roof terrace to stop the 3 year olds climbing the stairs. Also the bed guards were in place for the girls. The pool was super as was the hot tub. The girls loved being in the water. We used the bbq and washing machine whilst there which was an added bonus. Overall good, peaceful location. It's a good 25 minute walk into the shopping centre
but very cheap for taxis back and forth if not able to walk. We had a fantastic stay and hope to be back soon. Thank you Tracy for sharing your home with us and for your helpful communication also.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful.Everything fully matched the description.The pool was warm, and the jacuzzi was amazing, perfect for spending time there in January without feeling cold. Everyone was happy, both adults and children.Tracy provided all the necessary instructions, and we were met on-site by the property manager, who showed us everything and explained all the details.The villa itself is not brand new, but it is well maintained and has everything you need. The location is very convenient for exploring the island.One small note: I would recommend updating the billiard equipment a bit. No issues with table tennis though: new rackets, balls, and a great table.We can confidently recommend this villa for rent.Thank you f or hospitality!

Lovely clean & spacious villa in a nice residential area. The pool was clean & heated & a lovely hot tub for when it's too chilly to use the pool, lots of activities within the villa to keep you occupied if weather not too good, (we went in Jan & weather was a bit cloudy & cool) we walked into the centre most days its about 30min walk downhill & then we taxied back for 4 euros, lots of nice bars & restaurants in the town, we would definitely recommend villa mimosa as a holiday villa
